In-person appointments are continued with restrictions in place for physical distancing, patient screening, and infection control measures as per the operational requirements set out by the Ontario Government and Public Health.

If you do not feel comfortable attending in person we strongly recommend you consider a virtual session to aid in your continued rehabilitation.

Telehealth

We provide online virtual appointments for patients who are unable to attend in-person appointments. We can address any and all questions the same way we can in-person, including adjustments to exercise plans. The appointments take place over the JANE software.

Andrew is often described by his patients and colleagues as passionate, knowledgeable and friendly. He is passionate about sport and fitness with an expertise in track and field and thus has a particular interest in orthopaedic and sports therapy whether it be preventative, rehabilitative or continuing care. He believes in the importance of a patient-therapist team approach to identify patient goals and barriers in order to create effective physiotherapy programs. Andrew’s practice includes a combination of education, hands on manual physical therapy techniques, and most importantly functional exercise. Andrew is dedicated to continuing education and advancing his skills. He has completed courses in dry needling and neuro-proprioceptive taping and is currently pursuing his Diploma of Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Andrew obtained his Master of Science degree in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. Some key achievements during his tenure at Dalhousie that separate him from his peers include; being invited to practice at the Institute of Neurological Science in Scotland, serving as the student president and graduating at the top of his class in integrative practice. Prior to this, he completed a Master of Science in Experimental Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from McGill University.

While at McGill University, Andrew competed as a varsity track and field athlete in long jump and sprints, achieving nationals twice and representing Nova Scotia at the 2009 Canada Games. He successfully overcame multiple injuries during this time which he attributes to his physiotherapy team. This experience has given him a valuable patient perspective which he brings to his practice. He also has excellent experience treating athletes from his time working with the Mount Saint Vincent University Mens/Womens Soccer Teams.

Today, Andrew no longer competes but he continues to stay active. His hobbies include playing squash, tennis and basketball and the is always open to trying new activities. Recently, he has taken up long distance running and golf. Andrew looks forward to working with you to achieve your goals!

Andy has a passion for soccer, playing in the Ontario Soccer League. He is a lifelong learner who also has a keen interest in managing your musculoskeletal problem. Andy focuses on identifying and treating the root cause of your pain through the application of effective physiotherapy knowledge and skills. His physiotherapy treatment incorporates manual therapy, therapeutic taping, acupuncture, and a prescription of tailored therapeutic exercises to reduce your pain and help you get back to your functional status. Andy graduated with a Specialized Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Science and furthered his studies to complete his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. To maintain evidence-informed practice and deliver quality care, Andy is completing advanced post-professional courses as part of the Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Andrew is an empathetic and highly skilled physiotherapist who has a passion for providing exceptional care. He received his undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from University of Toronto. Upon graduation, he completed an extensive post-graduate program from Orthopaedic Division of Canadian Physiotherapy Association, receiving a Diploma of Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy. Andrew is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) and fully credentialed in the McKenzie System of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Cert. MDT). He is also certified in the Integrated Dry Needling approach for treatment of myofascial pain.

Andrew’s clinical expertise is in hands-on therapy focusing on eliminating the root of cause of pain and restoring normal movements. Claudia started her physiotherapy career in South America and moved to Canada to further her role as a Physiotherapist. Claudia has experience working with musculoskeletal injuries treating lower back pain, hip pain as well as a range of other injuries and conditions. Her practice evolved to include pelvic health physiotherapy to help you with your pelvic pain, bladder control issues (incontinence), as well as other pelvic health conditions.

Claudia completed her post-professional Doctor of Physical Therapy with Evidence in Motion and continues to pursue her certification in Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Kelvin is a patient-centered and compassionate professional, striving to collaborate with each client in achieving their goals. With a hands-on approach, he customizes treatment using diverse therapy techniques to cater to individual needs. Kelvin graduated with honors in Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto in 2016 and further pursued a Master’s in Professional Kinesiology and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the same university in 2018 and 2020, respectively.

He continuously expands his skills through courses in acupuncture, dry needling, and manual therapy. Certified in contemporary medical acupuncture by McMaster University, Kelvin is also a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
